This beautiful handmade retro eye test can be fully personalised to make a truly unique and special wedding gift.

Modelled on the classic Snellen eye chart, developed by Dutch ophthalmologist Herman Snellen in 1862, our eye test chart is a classic of typographic design.

Just tell us the names of the happy couple, along with the location and date of the wedding, then choose a motif for the top (see photo 3), and we will create a stunning bespoke chart, that will surely become a treasured momento of their special day.

What's that you say? An eye test chart? That's not very romantic! Ah, but did you notice the last two lines on the chart: 'Love is not blind. Love sees what is most true', well, if that's not romantic enough, please add your own quote, and we'll put it on there. Prior to printing, we will send you an online proof of the image for approval and if you'd like to make any changes, that's no problem.
