PasteDeck is owned and operated by Multidmedia Limited (referred to herein as "we," "us," "our," "Multidmedia"). By accessing any part of the website, application or services we provide through PasteDeck.com (all of which are referred to collectively herein as "PasteDeck"), you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use and also our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not browse or use our website.

Disclaimer

PasteDeck is provided solely for your personal, noncommercial use. The materials on PasteDeck's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. PasteDeck reserves the right to edit or remove any content, including user-submitted links and content, for any reason whatsoever, at any time and without notice. License

Subject to these terms of use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, nontransferable, non-sublicensable, noncommercial right and license to register an account on PasteDeck.com and use the PasteDeck website and link-saving application. No other right or license of any kind is granted to you hereunder with respect to PasteDeck.

Neither PasteDeck nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Restrictions

• modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create any derivative works based on PasteDeck, or determine or attempt to determine any source code, algorithms, methods or techniques embodied in the PasteDeck application or any portion thereof;
• market, rent or lease PasteDeck for a fee or charge, or use PasteDeck to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation;
• use PasteDeck to upload or distribute in any way files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer;
• interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper working of PasteDeck, any transactions being offered in connection with PasteDeck or any other activities conducted by us, disrupt our website or any networks connected to PasteDeck, or bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to PasteDeck;
• take any action that imposes or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
• impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• use PasteDeck, or any other services, products, or downloads available in connection with PasteDeck for illegal purposes;
• represent that you are the owner of any of PasteDeck, including any of its individual files, drawings or documentation;
• use PasteDeck for any purpose other than in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement; or
• copy or reproduce, in any form or by any means, any part of PasteDeck. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or limit access to PasteDeck in our sole discretion.

Indemnification

You agree, at your own expense, to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Multidmedia, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, distributors and licensees, from and against any judgments, losses, deficiencies, damages, liabilities, costs, claims, demands, suits, and expenses (including, without limitation, legal fees, expert witness fees and expenses) incurred in, arising out of or in any way related to your breach of this Agreement, your use of PasteDeck, or any of your other acts or omissions

Communications

You agree to read our Privacy Policy, which explains what type of information we collect and what might happen to that information, including, without limitation, how such information is shared and used.

You are not required to create a user account or provide any personal information in order to visit our website. You are required to create a user account, however, to use the PasteDeck application or some of our services, such as saving links or other content to PasteDeck, or to sign up for our paid subscription service. If you choose to create a user account, you must provide certain current, complete, and accurate information about you, as requested during the registration process ("Registration Data")

If any Registration Data that you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we retain the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your user account and your access to PasteDeck.

If you choose to create a user account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You may not share your password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account, Registration Data or passwords, as the case may be. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate user accounts in our sole discretion.

If you choose to send us any message, feedback or data, including, but not limited to, any ideas, comments, suggestions or questions regarding any product or service, such information shall be deemed to be non-confidential. We shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information to others without limitation. Further, we shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing and marketing products and services incorporating such ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques.

You agree that all such content, messages and other communications shall not be deemed to be private or secure, and that any such content, messages and communications can be read by the operators and/or other agents of Multidmedia, whether or not they are the intended recipients. If we or any other person asks you to cease and desist from sharing any links or other content with any third party, or to cease communicating with any third party via PasteDeck, you agree to comply with such request immediately.

Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on PasteDeck's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. PasteDeck does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. PasteDeck may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

Prohibited Content

User submitted links to external websites which contain obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive or otherwise discriminatory content will be removed immediately, and the users account suspended indefinitely. Should you find content that you deem inappropriate for this service, please report it immediately at report@pastedeck.com

Modifications

PasteDeck may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service. PasteDeck reserves the right to edit or remove any content, including user-submitted links and content, for any reason whatsoever.

Intellectual Property Rights

All material in or on PasteDeck in which we own copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) remains vested in our ownership or that of our respective licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, upload, download, distribute, republish, retransmit, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, modify or otherwise use in any way any of the material on or functionality of this Website, including any computer code and software, other than for your own personal use and in accordance with these Terms. The links and other content that you choose to save may be protected by copyright and other laws. We reserve the right, at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice, to terminate the accounts of, and block access to PasteDeck to, any users who infringe any copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions to our paid PasteDeck Plus service are available on monthly and yearly subscription plans. Each paid subscription is valid for only one user account and you are not permitted to use your paid subscription with any other user accounts. Your paid PasteDeck Plus subscription will be automatically renewed, and the subscription fee charged, at the end of each subscription period until you cancel. The subscription fee will be charged to your last payment method. We may offer a free trial period for PasteDeck Plus. If you sign up for a free trial, you will be charged the subscription fee when the free trial period ends, and at the end of each subsequent subscription period until you cancel. We reserve the right in the future to charge for use of our services that are currently available free of charge. You will not be charged for using any service unless you have opted for a paid subscription plan. We will provide users with notice of any material change to the terms and conditions applicable to the subscription service at least thirty days prior to such change taking effect. By continuing to use our services after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

Cancellation

You may cancel your PasteDeck Plus subscription at any time. If you cancel, decide not to renew, or do not pay for your paid subscription on time, you will be downgraded to our free service at the end of your subscription period.

Termination

We may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, without any liability to you, and accordingly deny you access to PasteDeck, in our sole discretion, if you have failed or we suspect you have failed to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Termination of this Agreement shall not act as a waiver of any breach of this Agreement and shall not release you from any liability for breach of your obligations under this Agreement. Upon the termination of a paid subscription, we will have no obligation to save any data that was part of your paid subscription.

Governing Law

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
